OOPS! There is an error in the order you submitted? Unfortunately, online purchases cannot be cancelled or modified once they are in our systems. Please make a new order for the right size or colour and return the incorrect order.

All shipping fees are in American Dollars (USD). Additional fees may apply and delivery standards may vary for remote areas.

RETURN POLICY
For all returns, please fill out the return form by clicking here. A customer service representative will contact you within two business days with the proper documentation that will need to be printed and included with the merchandise. Returns must be postdated within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular priced items and 15 days for items purchased on sale. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days from the date the merchandise is delivered to our premises for refunds. An amount of $15.00 USD will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Exchanges and returns cannot be made at la Vie en Rose boutique locations. All online purchases must be returned by mail for a refund. Please refer to our return procedure section for more information.
Yes, shipping fees for a return must be paid by the sender. All items returned must use the UPS return label that will be provided by one of our customer service representative, and an amount of $15.00 USD will be deducted from the total of your refund. US customs may apply duties or other fees, these additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. No return or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges unless merchandise is defective or la Vie en Rose is at fault. In this case, please contact our Customer Service department at 1-877-328-7673 or by email at customercare@lavieenrose.com.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. La Vie en Rose's account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds. Any personal information we collect during your visit is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.
When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use this information to complete your transaction and to apply for access to certain special features and functions of the website. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you will not be able to use certain features of the website and you will not be able to make transactions through the website.
