There's no set rule for when to change your panties - it depends on your menstrual flow and comfort. Newex offers three levels of absorption: light (1 tampon), regular (2 ½ tampons) and super (5 tampons).
Depending on the intensity of your flow, you may need to change your panties during the day. It’s useful to keep a waterproof pouch or bag with an extra pair of panties on hand.
